WHAT IS THE PROPER AGE FOR GIRL TO DYE HER HAIR???

I JUST WATCHED THE OMG GIRLZ VIDEO "GUCCI THIS (GUCCI THAT)" AND THEY ALL HAD COLORFUL HAIR AND EXTENSIONS (WHICH WERE GORGEOUS).  I BEGAN TO WONDER WHAT IS THE CORRECT AGE TO GET YOUR FIRST DYE JOB? THESE GIRLS ARE 14 AND 15 YEARS OLD.... IS THEIR STYLE TO "GROWN"? PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK.

    I think it starts with a process. About around the age of 16 17 a girl can be allowed to have at maximum a rinse and depending on hair care maybe partial(a section) bleaching. thats ONLY if there is regular maintenance by child or parent. If Parent will not keep up with coloring maintenance costs then its a no go. I do not believe that a teenage girl should have total dying and hairstyles that are for women like tapered styles, mowhawk, etc. Let a teenager be their age. A little rinse is not too fresh.
