Nicki Minaj has become known for her outrageous clothing and accessories. Recently she wore an harajuku inspired ensemble to 2011 MTV Music Awards. I really wasn't feeling her outfit, but her statement necklace caught my eye. It was an ice cream cone with a crystal hanging from it.
